Information on Royal Mail deliveries

Items that shipped via Royal Mail if the one of the Royal Mail delivery option is selected. It will be highlighted at the time of checkout if the order will be shipped using Royal Mail. If the Royal Mail delivery is not delivered it can take up to 15 working days to resolve the delivery dispute.

Returning an item to Game Accent UK store is a simple process. Simply send us an email, we will reply with instruction on how to return to us.

How long will it take for my return to be processed?

In certain cases, manufacturers provide support direct to customers. They do this for many reasons, the main one being to ensure that customers receive the best possible support on their products. If we refer you to a manufacturer your Return will invariably be dealt with a lot quicker.

How soon will I get a replacement after I return the faulty item?

Our aim is to process your return on the same day we receive the item in our warehouse The maximum length of time it may take will be 4 working days. You will receive confirmation emails when your replacement item has been shipped. If you have not receive email confirmation from us after 2 working days, please contact us.

The item I selected shown "Call for Price", what is that mean?

Call for Price is shown for many different reason, Usually is because the item you selected are located in our China warehouse or we only offer wholesale on that item. In some cases, the product is out of stock, you can contact us to get a update of stock refill time. You can contact us by phone and email, you can see further details by clicking this link.

My Product required firmware/software/driver, where can I download firmware/software/driver?

Please visit our Support and Download page. Many products have their own dedicated site for support and downloads. (i.e. Manufacture's Site). In some cases, we've uploaded the mirror of the firmware/software/driver for your convenience, If you purchased a product from us and having problems, you may want to check on our Support and Download page first, however, if problem unsolve, please do not hesitate to contact us

My order is due for delivery today, what time will it be delivered?

Depending what delivery option you have selected for you order, if you have selected Next Day delivery by Royal Mail, it will be delivered the next working day between 9:00am - 6:00pm, No delivery will take place if "next day" is a Sunday.

What happens to my order if I am not in when the postman attempts to deliver it?

If you are not in when our courier attempts delivery they will leave a calling card which will provide you with a direct contact number for your local depot. You then simply call them to arrange an alternative delivery date or to collect the parcel directly from your local depot, which they will be more than happy to help you with.

Why can't I log into my account?

If you are experiencing problems logging into your account first check that the email address, username and password you are using. You may also find it useful to refer to the information included in the "Welcome to Game Accent UK" email you received when you registered with GameNano. Why our Customer Support Team are unable to release information to non-account holders?

As a commitment to our customers we ensure that your details are kept secure. We will only release information regarding a GameNano account to the account holder. When account information is requested we take each customer through a thorough security check.

If I pay via Google or Pay Pal's Express Checkout, will I have an account with GameNano eStore?

Yes. When you pay via Google Checkout or Paypal Express Checkout, an account will be automatically created based on the information you have provided to Google/Pay Pal. The email address you need to sign into your GameNano eStore account will be the same as your Google/PayPal account email address and so does your password. If you have problem with logging in, please do not hesitate to contact us.

Why can I not amend my order if I have placed it via Pay Pal or Google?

We are unable to make any amendments to the order (other than cancellations) due to our internal security policy. In addition to our policy Pay Pal and Google provide us with enough money to fulfill your initial order therefore no further payment can be taken for additional items or shipping costs.
